The “SOVEREIGN VOICE” can be defined as the authentic, grounded, centered, assertive, and authoritative VOICE of the imperfect self-regulating Adult in the “outer world” untethered and liberated from the agonizing speech-disrupting effects of “inner world” childhood developmental trauma. When this VOICE appears, it is sustainable and manifests – if and only if – “inner world” childhood trauma is resolved via Parent-Child-Co-Regulation…PERIOD…!!! You can’t seek out and find your SOVEREIGN VOICE, it will find you …!!!
Resolving historical “inner world” dysregulation – Inner Kids and especially Inner Critic – is the ONLY gateway through which the imperfect self-regulating ADULT in the “outer world” with a sustained SOVEREIGN VOICE ultimately and spectacularly manifests…
There are three MINI-workshops in this 2024 series – VOICE 1 in MARCH; VOICE 2 in MAY,: and VOICE 3 in JULY.
As children…we needed to learn to stand and walk before we learned to run…!!! In hindsight, these workshops were delivered in REVERSE ORDER…!!!
So, if you brand new to the series or you’ve been struggling learning to run…IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THIS SERIES BE ENGAGED IN REVERSE ORDER – ESPECIALLY THE HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS: VOICE 3, THEN VOICE 2, AND FINALLY VOICE1…!!!
