ALL ABOARD…!!! The Mount Madonna Center Retreat train is about to leave the station…!!! Before we board there is some housing keeping to take care of.
First, execute the retreat waiver. This agreement is calling each of us to take full responsibility for our participation and to protect me as an individual hosting the event.
Here are the steps: (1) Download the agreement to your system, (2) Print the agreement or open the PDF on your system, (3) Sign and date the hard copy agreement or sign and date using a digital pencil on your system (for example using Apple pencil on an iPad), (4) Using your printer, scan the hard copy agreement into a PDF (if no scanner, take a picture with your phone, make sure it is completely copied and legible) or simply send the countersigned copy from your system, and (5) Email me the scanned countersigned copy or the PDF copy as attachments to me at call2parentglobal@gmail.com with the Subject: MMC Signed Waiver.

Upon receiving your signed waiver and after all participants have signed the waiver, I’ll send you a link to a page on MMC site to enable you to register and pay for your accommodations starting check-in Friday, SEP 19 @3PM and check-out Sunday, SEP 21 @Noon. Keep in mind, on Sunday, we will be able to stay and have dinner.
Once all participants have signed and returned the waiver, we will convene a series of Zooms to plan the retreat weekend program and agenda. If needed, we can also arrange participant volunteers to handle airport transportation to – hopefully – alleviate the need for all of us to rent cars.
