It is time to confirm all C2P travelers so we can sign a contract with MMC to reserve a date for the retreat. Since you haven’t committed, your response below may enable the possible removal of your issue…thus clearing the way for you to say “yes”. and attend..!!!

(1) The plan is to hold the retreat will be held with check-in Friday afternoon and check-out Sunday Noon in SEP-OCT-NOV 2025, next year. Here are the American holidays to note that fall on a Friday or Monday: SEP – Labor Day 9/1; OCT – Columbus Day 10/13, Halloween 10/31. The retreat will not be held in Thanksgiving (NOV 27) weekend.

(2) If you commit, MMC policy is that if you cancel anytime 14 days prior to the start of the treat program, you will receive a refund of your your total monies paid minus $50 registration fee and either all or portion of the $50 shared fee paid toward reserving the conference room for the retreat activities.

If the date is is your only issue, declare which months WILL WORK. Remember, the way this works is we cannot confirm the date until we have sufficient commitments.(required)
